Rob Navarette has been recruiting since 2003 and brings more than two decades of executive search and talent acquisition experience. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations across the United States, Canada and Mexico, successfully placing talent ranging from C-suite executives—such as COOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents—to frontline supervisors and technical professionals.

Rob specializes in the Metals Manufacturing industry, partnering with steel producers, processors, service centers, distributors, and value-added manufacturers throughout North America and overseas. His recruiting expertise spans executive leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and commercial leadership roles. He is particularly recognized for his ability to identify and attract high-impact talent for difficult and hard-to-fill positions.

Rob earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Toledo. Outside of work, he is passionate about health and fitness, having completed numerous marathons, 100+ mile cycling events, and many extreme endurance challenges.
