Meredith is a 2020 graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business Development. Since graduating, she has built her career in recruiting, identifying, engaging, and hiring talent in a fast-paced and highly competitive industry.

Meredith prides herself on her ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and understand their experience, goals, and what they’re looking for in their next opportunity. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple candidates throughout the hiring process have allowed her to successfully connect qualified professionals with opportunities that are the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Meredith brings her recruiting experience, relationship-focused approach, and eagerness to learn to the WorldBridge team. As she transitions into executive search, she looks forward to developing a deep understanding of the steel industry and connecting professionals with opportunities where they can make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys being a dog mom, being involved in the local Jeep community, and spending time exploring Toledo’s Metroparks.
