Across the past decade, Jonathan has supported more than 100 organizations in strengthening their leadership teams while maintaining a high bar for talent. He has also hired and trained 16 full-time recruiters, developing the systems and processes that power his firm’s search methodology.

Jonathan majored in Biblical Studies at Biola University, where he also met his wife, Janae. They now live in Post Falls, Idaho with their four children. As a family, they enjoy ministry involvement, travel, fitness, and the active outdoor lifestyle that North Idaho offers.
