Tamra joined WorldBridge Partners in June 2026, bringing over 11 years of recruiting experience in financial services. Tamra has specialized in recruiting senior-level and C-suite professionals, partnering with both clients and candidates to create long-term successful matches.

Tamra is passionate about building strong, genuine relationships and understanding each individual’s goals and career aspirations. She takes pride in building true connections and being a trusted resource and advisor rather than simply a recruiter. During her recruiting career, Tamra earned a number of national recognitions, including Pacesetter awards.

Tamra holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. After spending much of her career in Dallas, she has returned to Oklahoma City where she enjoys, fitness, grilling, spending time with family, and college football, especially cheering on her beloved Sooners.
