Kevin Bacon joined WorldBridge on April 1, 2026.  He is the founder and CEO of Bacon Legal Recruiting, a national attorney search firm recruiting in all business-to-business practice areas.  They recruit partners, associates, and practice groups and assist law firms who want to merge. They have recruiters that also concentrate in corporate, commercial real estate, commercial litigation and intellectual property. Furthermore, they have niche recruiters in areas such as construction, traditional labor and environmental law.  They also do in-house searches for corporations, government entities, and non-profits.

Kevin is a 1994 graduate of Miami University and a 1998 graduate of Capital Law School. He resides in Columbus, OH near the suburb of New Albany and has three daughters.

Kevin spent most of his career as an attorney in downtown Columbus, OH and as an elected official.  While practicing law, he served four years as State Representative in the Ohio House of Representatives and eight years as State Senator in the Ohio Senate.

Throughout his career Kevin has served on, and has chaired, numerous committees, boards and commissions.  He currently is a board member and secretary of NALSC, the National Association of Legal Search Consultants. Kevin also earned numerous civic awards including 15 “Legislator of the Year” awards for worthy causes such as autism, pediatrics, victim protection, cybercrimes and small business matters.  He chaired multiple committees as a legislator including the Senate Judiciary Committee where he worked with attorneys, judges, justices and bar association representatives to craft and pass laws that had a positive impact on the civil and criminal judicial system in Ohio.

Utilizing his legal and political experience, and business experience from operating his own law firm, he launched his legal recruiting company on January 1 of 2021.  In that time Bacon Legal Recruiting has successfully placed candidates across the United States and continues to expand.  His company serves as the exclusive recruiting entity for multiple law firms and Kevin works tirelessly with candidates on an individual basis as well.
