Ed has been recruiting in all areas of Plastics since 2005. He and his team have filled thousands of critical positions for over 650 of the Plastics Industry’s best companies.

The Fort Wayne office’s team of 10 recruiters and researchers covers every corner of the plastics market, including Injection Molding, Rotational Molding, Blow Molding, Profile Extrusion, Film Extrusion, Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming, Compounding, Additive (3-D Printing), plastics packaging, and anything else plastics or polymers related.

Prior to recruiting, Ed spent 20 years in the plastics industry, working up from the plant floor in silicone and sheet extrusion/thermoforming through key sales and management positions, until ultimately becoming an owner of custom molding and profile extrusion operations.

Ed has BS in Entrepreneurship from Ball state and MBA from IU. Ed is married with 2 sons and enjoys golf and boating.
